Happy New Year to all, and to all a good night! looking back over the past year, it's been a good one...though certainly not what i expected this time last year. on one hand, it's as if this year has existed in an alternate universe; i don't feel as if time has really passed at all. but on the other hand, there have been a lot of changes going on, for better and worse. may each new year continue to surprise us all... tonight and tomorrow night are the us premiers of the two new horatio hornblower movies on a&e. my nearest and dearest know that this is a much awaited day for me! we watched the first tonight (two twists at the end...one which i don't really like, and another that is hilarious), and are already making sure the schedule is clear for tomorrow.
