Fresh Salsa
This salsa is addictive, and also makes a base for homemade guacamole...yum.

Makes approx. 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 jalapeno peppers, de-seeded and minced
- 1 Anaheim chile pepper, de-seeded and minced (or substitue one more jalapeno
- 1 14oz. can diced tomatoes (for extra spicy, use tomatoes with green chilies)
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- fresh cilantro to taste (I'm a more is more kinda girl), minced
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix peppers and onion in food processor to chop them up really small and release juices.
- Add tomatoes and lime juice, then blend until well combined.
- Transfer to bowl and add cilantro, salt & pepper to taste
